The ONE+ minihouse is a modular small house concept from Scandinavia, a cooporation between Denmark and Sweden, choosing high quality materials from both countries. The concept is based on 15 and 20 sq meter modules.
The various? ONE+ modules can be linked together in different ways to create a variety of designs and meeting different needs, kind of lego building blocks for adults. Delivered in one piece, ready to use, the ONE+ includes a deck and pergola as well as posibilities to connect to other outdoor facilities such as outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower, all to make the houses feel bigger and erasing the lines between out- and-indoor. Quite simply, compact smart living!

2) Tumbleweed Tiny House Company
The Tumbleweed Tiny House Company was started by Jay Shafer. Sicne 1997, Jay has been living in a house smaller than some people?s closets. The?[m-ch] is a lightweight compact dwelling for one or two people.? Its compact dimensions of 2.6m cubed adapt it to a variety of sites and circumstances, and its functioning spaces of sleeping, working /?dining, cooking and hygiene make it suitable for everyday use. Informed by aviation and automotive design and manufactured at the micro compact home production centre in Austria, the [m-ch] can be delivered throughout Europe with project individual graphics and interior finishes. The product was first launched in Munich in November 2005 with the development of a case study village sponsored by O2 Germany, which is currently occupied by students of TU Munich.?A team of researchers and designers based in London and at the Technical University in Munich developed the [m-ch] as an answer to an increasing demand for short stay living for students, business people, sports and leisure use and for weekenders.

5) Twelve3 (Twelve Cubed)
Based on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Twelve3 hopes to change your thinking about the way you live and the way we all view our communities, with the use of their cubes.
Cubes are micro houses that can be set up in conjunction with a primary household on an existing residential lot. These are sometimes called Carriage Houses.?These Cubes can also be used as guesthouses or rentals that serve as revenue generators, or alternatively as studios for all types of creative work. With over 1700 cubic feet of space ? enough for two people to live in comfortably ? Twelve3?s Cube features a general living area, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and plenty of natural light. All of the windows and doors are double pane, and the interior is finished with pre-finished birch and one priming coat of paint. The foundation is poured concrete, however an alternate options of the client?s choosing can be considered, depending on the location of your home, whether a rural location in the woods or a floating house boat. The Cubes are always built with care and attention to detail as well as with the use of environmentally respobsible materials and methods.
